Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING:
We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours of your order, or the next business day if ordered after Friday noon or on a holiday or weekend. Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service, at our discretion, depending upon destination, weight and value. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped US Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We ship to the following countries; Canada, Mexico, Slovenia, Sweden, Belgium, Estonia, Luxembourg, Norway, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Ireland, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Lithuania, Spain, Australia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Latvia, Malta, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Orders from other countries will be canceled unless prior arrangement is made. All transactions are completed in USD. At the time of processing PayPal may add a currency conversion fee of 2.5%. Charges for international shipping are listed in the international shipping calculator of the shopping cart.. Large quantities or heavy items may be subject to additional charges. We will contact you. Shipping will be via US Postal Service and items ship via International Flat Rate Air. We may break shipments up into separate packages if it saves on postage. RETURN/EXCHANGES:
Within 3 days of receipt of your purchase you may return new unused items for an exchange or refund. We will accept a returned product, as long as the product is in new and original condition in the factory packaging. The package may be opened for the purpose of trying the product on, but tags must still be attached and the product can not show any sign of having been worn. Closeout or discontinued items are not returnable.
In order to return an item you must contact us at store@internationalsportingclays.com for authorization. We will not accept returns without authorization.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, e-mail us for return authorization. We will provide you with a return address. When we receive the returned item for exchange in new and original condition in the factory packaging, we will ship the new item to you.
If you do not want an exchange but want a refund, e-mail us for return authorization. We will provide you with a return address. When we receive the returned item for refund in new and original condition in the factory packaging, we will issue a refund.
We will not process a refund or an exchange if any of the following conditions exist:
(a) Item is not shipped back within 3 days of receipt.
(b) Item shows any wear or sign of being used.
Exchanges will incur our regular shipping fee. You must pay any return shipping fees. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The only information that may be collected is through your interaction with the comments system of this site and general click tracking statistics.
All transactions for products sold on this site are completed on the secure PayPal site. No financial information is stored on internationalsportingclays.com servers. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more information.
