Well as you’ll see in the video Day 1 at Fossil Pointe was wet.  Going into the day weather forecasters had predicted scattered T-storms and a 70% chance of rain and they were right.  The day saw a giant storm cell covering much of North Texas and sitting right on top of Slidell where the club is located.

Some shooting had gotten under way in the morning but had to be stopped due to heavy rain and then later, lightening was threatening the area.  The TargetLine team has things well under control and the only event to be canceled will be the 50 target 5-stand prelim.  Everything else will be run on a slightly amended schedule and shooters should check with Casey at the club if they need info or see the Fossil Pointe web site

Me, I’m positive for tomorrow.  I think the rain is going to give us a break and we’ll see a good shoot go off.
