Dear Sirs,
We pay your attention to the following:
1) According to the Legislation of the Russian Federation the documents acceptance of import licenses for registration of the weapon by foreign citizens is carried out not later than 1 month before entrance.
2) Registration of participants of the European sporting championship 2010 will be over on April, 30th 2010.
On the assumption of the circumstances above, we ask you to be registered beforehand on competition and grant the necessary information for official registration of papers.
On the FITASC site you can find the necessary information about formalities (firearm form, official invitation, customs declaration), the transfer and accommodation.The Russian Shooting Union is ready to assist you in problem of timely registration of the gun permit, accommodation and of the sportsmen taking part in the competition.
