It is being reported that A.J. Smith, one of the founding fathers of sporting clays and FITASC in England and America has passed away. The height of his career coming in the late 80′s Smith was the holder of two World and three European FITASC Titles. Also an author he wrote and contributed to several books including his classic must read, "Sporting Clays by A.J. Smith." He will be missed.
